Arsenal have been linked with Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham for a number of weeks now.
However, it looks like the Gunners won’t be getting their hands on the England international.
Last week, The Telegraph reiterated that Arsenal hold a serious interest in Abraham.

With Romelu Lukaku seemingly closing in on a return to Chelsea, this would push the 23-year-old further down the pecking order.
Abraham was a boyhood Gunners fan and a move to the Emirates would appear to be an attractive proposition, added the report.
But according to Sky Sports, Roma have now swooped in and agreed a £34million deal to sign the England international.
The player must now decide if he wants to join Jose Mourinho’s Giallorossi, said the outlet.
Apparently, Chelsea’s preference is to sell Abraham to a club outside of the Premier League.
So, it looks like Roma is now the most likely path for the 6ft 3in marksman.
Arsenal fan reaction seems to be a mixture of relief and frustration.
Relief because many Gunners supporters didn’t want Abraham, and frustration as Roma reportedly failed to meet Arsenal’s asking price for Xhaka but are now seemingly prepared to spend big on Abraham.
Here is what Arsenal fans have been making of this development:
