Liverpool have been linked with France international Randal Kolo Muani in recent weeks.
French outlet Foot Mercato claimed in December that the Reds were keeping tabs on the Eintracht Frankfurt forward.
As well as Liverpool, the likes of Tottenham Hotspur and Everton have reportedly expressed an interest in Muani.

Now, according to Sky Sports News, Manchester United are also in the race for the 24-year-old.
Red Devils boss Erik ten Hag could do with bolstering his attacking ranks over the coming weeks.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s Old Trafford departure last year has left the Old Trafford outfit short in attack.
However, Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol believes Muani’s chances of making a Premier League move are low.
The player is apparently not planning to move in January, and if he does, the likeliest destinations are within the Bundesliga.
“One of the names that is interesting is Randal Kolo Muani,” said Solhekol (5/2/22, 17:26).
“He’s a 24-year-old who played in the World Cup for France.
“He came on as a sub in the World Cup final and he was one of the players that helped change the game for France.
“He’s in an interesting position because he plays for Eintracht Frankfurt. He only signed for them last summer and has a long-term contract.
“Our colleagues at Sky in Germany are saying Bayern Munich are very interested in signing him and our watching him closely.
“They also say Man Utd are highly interested. They say he’s valued between €90m and €100m (£80m-88m), which I find a very high valuation.
“As far as the player is concerned, he wants to stay at Eintracht Frankfurt beyond the summer as long as they qualify for European football.
“Sky in Germany also say he will not be moving this month and that Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are the most likely destinations for him if he does leave Eintracht Frankfurt.”

Too high a price tag – TBR View
Muani has enjoyed a quick rise to prominence after rekindling his career in Germany with Frankfurt last summer.
He has registered eight goals and 11 assists from 25 outings in all competitions for his new club.
Muani’s efforts saw him earn a call-up to the France squad for the World Cup.
Although he didn’t play much, he impressed when he came on in the final against Argentina.
Muani is a very talented player who looks as though he could certainly bolster the Manchester United and Liverpool ranks alike.
However, his reported price tag is far too steep for a player who isn’t yet fully established at the highest level.
Muani has done well this season for Frankfurt and shone in the final.
But for upwards of £80m you’d expect a player who has several years of experience at the highest level.
