The Hammers midfielder has started every single game for England at Euro 2020, helping the side reach the quarter-finals.
He enjoyed a sensational campaign with the Irons last season, appearing 32 times in the Premier League.
The ace’s performances helped the Londoners finish inside the top six and thus qualify for the Europa League for the first time since 2016.
It’s seemingly interested a raft of top clubs with Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea keen on him. Rice is waiting to see if the Red Devils or the Blues firm up their interest with a bid.
