Tottenham Hotspur have scouted Arnaut Danjuma and Pau Torres over the past week, according to 90Min.
Spurs have been linked with both Villarreal players for quite a while.
Unai Emery confirmed last summer that Tottenham had made a bid for Torres.

However, the offer fell short of the Yellow Submarine’s valuation.
The player himself noted that playing in the Champions League prompted him to snub Spurs.
And in 2019, the Daily Mail claimed Tottenham were eyeing Danjuma, then a Club Brugge player.
It now looks as though Spurs are still eyeing both players.
According to 90Min, Spurs scouts saw Danjuma and Torres in Champions League semi-final action.
Villarreal took on Liverpool at Anfield on Wednesday 27 April, a game the Reds won 2-0.
Both Torres and Danjuma featured in the first leg.
Tottenham scouts also saw the second leg at El Madrigal on Tuesday, though Danjuma was out with a muscle injury.
Villarreal raced into a 2-0 lead, but Liverpool then won 3-2 on the night for a 5-2 aggregate win.
Are Tottenham ready to spend £118m on two players?
Spurs could do with bolstering their ranks this summer as Antonio Conte looks to build a trophy-winning team.
Torres would surely be an improvement on every Tottenham centre-back bar Cristian Romero.
Meanwhile, Danjuma could cover for Son Heung-min on the left, as well as Harry Kane up front.
Fans have compared his style of play to the likes of Sadio Mane, Jadon Sancho and Kylian Mbappe.
Neither player will come cheap – Torres reportedly has a £55m release clause, while Danjuma’s clause stands at £63m.
Nonetheless, both players would strengthen Spurs considerably.
So if Daniel Levy and Fabio Paratici want to build a strong team, they must be prepared to spend.
