Sassuolo will reportedly sell star Domenico Berardi for a bargain £25million ahead of the January window – amid reports Arsenal are interested.
Berardi, 27, surpassed 300 appearances for Sassuolo earlier this season. A true legend of the Serie A club, he has 111 goals and 71 assists in 302 games.
In his last nine games, he has produced nine goal involvements in Serie A – scoring six times and creating three more. This, after winning Euro 2020.
From the right, the left or up top, the 23-time Italy international is renowned for his incredible hard work. But it is twinned with quality.
Earlier this month, according to Fantacalcio, Arsenal are looking at Berardi. The Gunners could really do with a right winger in the coming weeks.
Now, a new report from CalcioMercato states that Fiorentina are interested – and Sassuolo are willing to sell him for just £25million.

Berardi for £25million: Arsenal have got to do everything they can
Bukayo Saka has been playing on the right, Martin Odegaard or Alexandre Lacazette as a 10 and Emile Smith-Rowe on the left flank.
But surely for Mikel Arteta, bringing in a top right winger would improve the balance on the side. Smith-Rowe as a 10, Saka on the left.
Berardi would solve Arsenal’s need for a right winger for the next five years. At £25million, he is incredibly cheap. On his day, he is worth double.
Nicolas Pepe is being linked with numerous Premier League sides – the likes of Newcastle and Everton – replacing him with Berardi would be superb.
