Spanish giants Real Madrid have reportedly set Arsenal an asking price in the region of £22m if they wish to land Dani Ceballos on a permanent basis.
After a good start then a rocky midseason, Ceballos has come into his own in recent weeks and developed into a key figure for Mikel Arteta.

And according to Spanish publication, Marca, Los Blancos have now set the Gunners their asking price for the classy midfield star.
Madrid are desperate to offload some players this summer as they look to raise funds to bring in new talent. Ceballos, who seems surplus to requirements it seems, is obviously a saleable asset given his form in north London.
Ceballos has impressed since football restarted. He scored the goal to send the Gunners to the semi-final of the FA Cup at Sheffield United, while Arteta recently described his performance at Leicester as ‘superb’.

Money is set to be tight for Arsenal this summer but Arteta could well be tempted to splash the cash on a player he already knows will perform at Premier League level.
A snip in this day and age, Arsenal have to land Ceballos – TBR View
Even though finances around the world are a bit rocky to say the least, £22m in modern football for a classy midfielder is a bit of a snip.
It goes without saying, then, that the Gunners can’t afford to pass up on the chance to land Ceballos.
He showed glimpses earlier in the season but has really impressed of late. Even in the defeat to Spurs, the Spaniard was one of the better players for the Gunners.
If the money is available, then Arsenal could do a lot worse than spend it on the 23-year-old.
