Nottingham Forest are interested in signing Blackpool winger Josh Bowler, according to the Express.
The report suggests that Forest face competition from fellow promoted sides Fulham and Bournemouth.
The 23-year-old was signed by Blackpool from Everton last season after failing to make an impact at Goodison Park.

However, the winger had a strong first campaign with the Seasiders, scoring three goals and providing seven assists.
Forest are interested in signing Bowler
It’s been one of the busiest transfer windows for a Premier League club in recent memory at Nottingham Forest.
Sixteen new players have arrived at the City Ground, with Forest needing to replace some of the loan players who helped them reach the Premier League and fill out an already small squad.
Bowler isn’t the only player being linked with becoming signing number seventeen, with the club considering a loan move for Tottenham’s Sergio Reguilon.
That’s not the end of the Tottenham connection, with Serge Aurier another option being considered to strengthen their right-hand side.

It would be interesting to see where Cooper thinks Bowler would fit into his tactical system.
Cooper has preferred a 3-4-1-2 formation while at Nottingham Forest, relying on his wing-backs as his wide options.
Bowler isn’t the strongest defensive player, with Appleton only asking him to do “his little bit out of possession and gets in areas to stop forward passes.”
Neco Williams has started the season as Cooper’s preferred right wing-back and is very attacking, but has more of a defensive mindset than Bowler.
