Nottingham Forest have made a £3m bid for Blackpool winger Josh Bowler, according to 90min.
The never-ending list of players arriving at the City Ground could still grow as deadline day approaches.

Forest have been linked with the ‘quality’ former Everton player throughout the transfer window.
Primarily a right winger, Bowler is a left-footed wide player, who tends to cut inside.
The 23-year-old is very skilful, and opened the scoring in their 3-3 draw with Bristol City on Saturday.
It was Bowler’s second goal of the season, after providing ten goal contributions for the Tangerines last season.
Forest make £3m Bowler bid
Despite Nottingham Forest signing 18 players this summer, none of them are traditional wingers.
Cooper tends to set his side up with two wing-backs to provide width when attacking.
Against Tottenham, Morgan Gibbs-White, Jesse Lingard and Brennan Johnson were Cooper’s chosen attackers.
All three of these players are comfortable in possession out wide but Bowler offers a different option.

Neco Williams struggled at times at right wing-back defensively, and Bowler could offer him some much-needed cover.
Newest signing Renan Lodi is likely to be on the bench tonight against Manchester City.
He’s naturally a left-back, but has been deployed as a winger before and could mirror Bowler on the opposite wing.
Blackburn, Fulham and Bournemouth are all also reportedly interested in Bowler.
However, Forest are currently the only side to bid for Bowler, and will hope it stays that way as they look to secure another target.
