As the saga surrounding Harry Kane, Spurs, and Manchester City continues to evolve, latest reports suggest that City are ready to go into huge numbers to land the England man.
With Daniel Levy said to be sticking to his guns on a £150m asking-price when it comes to Kane, City are looking at other ways of doing a deal.

Those at The Etihad are thought to be unwilling to go to £150m. However, they are prepared to pay £130m, and throw in Bernardo Silva, according to a report from The Daily Mail.
With Silva said to be valued by City at around £60m, that would see the deal for Kane worth around £190m in the end.
Eye-watering
Given City have just paid £100m for Jack Grealish, the sort of figures being mentioned here are eye-watering. £130m in cash is a huge chunk of change for any club. But adding Silva in, who himself is a world-class player, just makes the deal astronomical.
City will be hoping this sort of offer will perk Daniel Levy’s interest. So far, the Spurs supremo has held his nerve and dug his heels.
When it comes to Silva, he clearly wants out. Pep Guardiola said as much this past week. But whether he’ll fancy Spurs is another matter entirely.
These next few weeks could essentially shape the Premier League season for a few clubs. If City land Kane, you’d assume it’s game over. For Spurs, getting that sort of money could allow them to rebuild and push for the top four.
