According to TEAMtalk, Leeds have made contact with the Clarets by enquiring about the possible signing of the 25-year-old. Marcelo Bielsa is believed to be a “huge admirer” of his.
It is understood that West Ham and Aston Villa are potential suitors, too.
Also, the report adds that he’s valued at around £15million and that it would be difficult to snatch him up from Turf Moor.

It’s worth pointing out though that Leeds are reportedly closing in on a deal for a midfield signing. According to Yorkshire Live, they are are close to signing Huddersfield Town’s Lewis O’Brien.
Leeds should definitely consider meeting £15m price tag for Josh Brownhill
For Leeds, a couple more signings at Elland Road before the summer window shuts would be excellent. The Yorkshire giants have a brilliant core of players, but their midfield could do with some extra options to compete for places.
Brownhill looks a Bielsa-type player on paper, so it’s no surprise to hear the manager likes him.
He’s an all-action midfielder with an incredible engine.
The Burnley man can add to his goalscoring threat, but he’s very much built in a similar mould to Mateuez Klich and could add some extra class in the centre of the park.
