According to CalcioMercatoWeb, Juventus are still keen to sign Arsenal star Gabriel Magalhaes, and they are now ready to make a very interesting bid to sign the Brazilian.
The Gunners acquired Gabriel’s services back in 2020 for about £23 million (BBC). He has been a mainstay at the back for Mikel Arteta’s side since, and he has mostly been fantastic.
Juventus have lost club legend Giorgio Chiellini, while it looks like Matthijs de Ligt will be on his way out too. The Old Lady desperately need a new centre-half this summer, and Gabriel is one player who has been linked with a move to Turin for a while now.
Arsenal were never going to entertain bids for Gabriel, but Juventus’ latest plan could force Edu to have a think.
Juventus planning to offer two players plus cash to sign Gabriel from Arsenal
Juventus, who will be in the Champions League next season, know that it will not be easy to convince Arsenal to let go of Gabriel, who is arguably their best defender.
As a result, the Old Lady have reportedly come up with a very interesting transfer formula that may tempt the Gunners to consider the Italian giants’ offer.
The report claims that Juventus are now prepared to table a £25 million bid for Gabriel, but that’s not all. The offer will also reportedly include Adrien Rabiot on a permanent deal and Arthur Melo on loan, with an option to buy him permanently later.
That’s two players plus cash to tempt Arsenal to let go of Gabriel, but we just don’t see this happening.

TBR View:
If Juventus really do go through with this, it would arguably be the most interesting transfer offer Arsenal would’ve received in a long, long time.
However, Edu shouldn’t even consider it this summer.
Rabiot and Arthur are both fantastic players. They are good enough to play for almost every single Europa League club in the world, but keeping hold of Gabriel is a lot more important to Arsenal than signing the two Juventus midfielders.
It will be interesting to see how Arsenal will react if this bid arrives in the coming days, but as we said earlier, we just can’t see this happening.
