Arsenal are close to offloading one of their highest earners with Football London reporting on their live transfer blog (31/8; 7:39) that Hector Bellerin is set to join Real Betis.
Bellerin has been heavily linked with a move away from the Emirates throughout the window.

The Spaniard has struggled over the last couple of years. And he no longer appears to be first-choice for Mikel Arteta at right-back.
It was claimed in mid-July that he had told the Gunners that he wanted to leave.
And it was even suggested on deadline day that Barcelona may make a move should they sell Emerson Royal to Spurs in the final hours of the window.

It does indeed appear that Bellerin is off to La Liga. However, it is Real Betis who are set to sign the 26-year-old.
According to Football London on their live blog (31/8; 7:39), Manuel Pellegrini’s men are closing in on a deal for Bellerin.
Encouraging start to deadline day for Arsenal as Bellerin nears Real Betis move
One of Arsenal’s biggest problems this summer has been selling their unwanted players. Joe Willock is, so far, the only one to attract a significant fee.
So moving Bellerin on in the early hours of deadline day could prove to be a real boost for Arteta.
It potentially leaves the door open for the further signings to come in. Bellerin earns £110,000-a-week at the Emirates. So moving his wages on would be extremely welcome.
It remains to be seen what terms Arsenal will agree to. But it is an encouraging start to the final day of the window – should a deal get done.
