Galatasaray want to sign Tottenham Hotspur winger Lucas Moura on loan this summer, according to Takvim.

The Turkish source suggest that Galatasaray want to sign the Brazilian on loan with an option to buy.

Moura, who’s current market value is £17.1m, is reportedly no longer in Antonio Conte’s plans.

The 30-year-old made brief cameos against Southampton and Chelsea in Tottenham’s first two matches.

However, he didn’t make it off the bench against Wolves, and was left out the squad completely against Nottingham Forest.

The report suggests contact has already been made between Galatasaray and Moura.

However, there’s no indication at this point if the Brazilian would be willing to join the Turkish side.

Galatasaray want to sign Moura

Antonio Conte’s squad has evolved a lot this summer, with a focus on his tactical style.

Ivan Perisic and Djed Spence have strengthen Conte’s wing-back options.

Meanwhile, Tottenham spent £60m on bringing in forward Richarlison.

These signings have impacted Moura’s minutes already, and it now looks unlikely he’ll be an important player for Conte.

Described as ‘amazing’ but former manager Jose Mourinho, Moura had been hoping to stay at Spurs for longer earlier this summer.

Moura had previously hinted that he would like to sign a new deal at Spurs.

However, a change in system makes it hard to see where Moura naturally fit into the side.

His experience would certainly be valuable, but Moura may not want to be a bit-part player at this point in his career.

He’ll always be remembered as a hero at Tottenham, after scoring a vital hat-trick against Ajax in a Champions League semi-final.

With just a few days to go in the transfer window, Moura and Spurs will have to decide quickly what they want to do this season.
