Everton look set to take a major step towards securing their first signing of the summer with Sky Sports reporting that Demarai Gray is set to undergo a medical on Tuesday.
The Toffees look set to sign Gray amongst a raft of early signings at Goodison Park.

According to Sky Sports, Asmir Begovic and Andros Townsend look to be on their way.
Gray meanwhile, is edging closer to moving to Merseyside. Sky Sports reports that Everton are set to pay £1.5 million for the winger.

And the report adds that the Bayer Leverkusen man is set to undergo a medical with the Toffees today.
Gray worth the gamble for Everton as medical approaches
Gray looks set to be an intriguing addition for Rafa Benitez’s men. He is surely unlikely to be the most exciting signing the club make in this window.
But there is a chance that they may struggle to get better value for money.
He has not had the easiest couple of years. He left Leicester in January having only made one substitute appearance for the Foxes in the Premier League last season.
And he only followed that up with five starts in the Bundesliga.
But he did score once and provide two assists in Germany. So he clearly has the potential to make an impact.
And with Everton only set to pay £1.5 million, it is not hard to see why Benitez and Marcel Brands are tempted.
Toffees to make statements later in the window?
Gray and Townsend are not the only wide players Everton have been linked with in this window.
Reports this week suggested that Leon Bailey and Samuel Chukwueze are on the club’s radar once again.
Signing either of the pair would be a major statement of intent.
And of course, if it is Bailey, the Jamaica international may benefit from having a familiar face in the ranks alongside him in current Leverkusen teammate Gray.
