Everton and West Ham have made concrete efforts to sign Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey. According to Il Bianconero, the Wales star has two firm offers on the table from the Premier League duo.
The ex-Arsenal star will be allowed to leave the Old Lady this summer. It has been suggested that he could be on the market for around £10 million.
One stumbling block for both teams could be his wages. Ramsey collects £187,000-a-week in Turin and both sides could struggle to match that.

It is claimed, however, that Ramsey is keen to leave. As a result, his desire to play regular football could help the salary situation for both clubs.
The former Gunners player hasn’t had a great time of things with Juventus. He has made just 65 appearances for the club, scoring six goals and claiming six assists.
That could perhaps make him a risky signing, although given his valuation he may well prove a steal at the same time.
Ramsey has been in fine form for Wales at Euro 2020. He scored an important goal during a 2-0 win over Turkey; with his form helping the team into the last 16.
As far as the Premier League goes, the player knows all about the division. He made 371 appearances for Arsenal, scoring 65 goals and claiming 65 assists.
Martin Keown thought the Gunners’ decision to let him leave was crazy. He called Ramsey ‘outstanding’ after he led the team to victory over Napoli during a Europa League clash in 2019.
Ramsey to the Premier League: West Ham and Everton both provide attractive options
West Ham will have European football om their side to entice Ramsey. Everton will, however, offer him plenty of first-team football.
A move to London will perhaps be the most attractive offer of the two. The Hammers participating in Europe will allow them a bigger outlay when it comes to wages.

Whoever manages to lure him to their club will be getting a player bang in form. He has shown no signs of lacking match practice during his time at Euro 2020.
Form is temporary, whilst class is permanent. As a result, both Everton and West Ham are wise to make firm offers to land such a quality player.
