Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal have both been linked with Torino’s Gleison Bremer in recent months.
Now, 90Min has reported that Spurs and the Gunners are set for talks with the Italian club’s sporting director.
The outlet claims Davide Vagnati is heading to London to hold talks with several Premier League sides over a transfer for Bremer.

As well as Tottenham and Arsenal, Vagnati apparently plans to speak with Chelsea regarding the Brazilian defender.
Torino are reportedly hoping to cash in on Bremer while his stock is high.
Therefore, president Urbano Cairo has apparently dispatched his sporting director to England.
The club reportedly hopes to trigger a bidding war over Bremer, who they value at €50m (£43m).
Tottenham, Arsenal and Chelsea are in the market for a centre-back but are currently assessing other options, added the report.
Will Tottenham, Arsenal or Chelsea land ‘the strongest defender in Europe’?
Described as the ‘strongest defender in Europe’ by TuttoSport journalist Camillo Forte, Bremer will almost definitely be on the move this summer.
Tottenham are apparently looking for a new centre-back, and if they signed the 25-year-old, he’d be the second reigning Serie A defender of the year they’d land in a row.
Last year, Cristian Romero won the accolade, while Bremer picked up the 2022 award.
However, Arsenal and Chelsea would provide stiff competition for the “incredible” defender.
