Juventus are considering a move for Liverpool’s Roberto Firmino this summer, with Goal Brazil reporting that the club have made contact with the player’s agents.
Jurgen Klopp has already lost Sadio Mane to Bayern Munich this summer and if Firmino was to make the switch, only Mohammed Salah would remain out of Liverpool’s devastating front-three.
The Reds have been busy themselves though, as they’ve brought in Darwin Nunez from Benfica and the striker is seen as Mane’s replacement.
But Liverpool may have to replace another forward soon as Juventus are reportedly considering making a move to sign the ‘elite’ Firmino.

Juventus in contact with Firmino
The Old Lady can afford to make up an offer for the 30-year-old in this window but Liverpool want to keep their striker.
The Italian giants have made contact with Firmino’s agents behind the scenes in an attempt to understand his stance on the move.
Klopp is eager to keep the Brazilian at Anfield and has no intention of losing his player this summer.
Goal Brazil also claims that Firmino may be tempted by a move to Juventus, despite stating he wants to see out his contract.

The Liverpool striker has been a pivotal part of Klopp’s success over the past few seasons but his playing time has been significantly reduced over the past year.
Firmino made 35 appearances for Liverpool last season but 18 of them came as a substitute. He still managed a decent output though as he registered 11 goals and five assists.
The former Hoffenheim man only has one-year left on his current Liverpool deal after seven successful years at the club.
TBR’s View: Klopp will not want to lose Firmino after Mane
Liverpool may have signed a brilliant replacement in Nunez but Mane leaving this summer was definitely a blow for Klopp. The German would have definitely preferred to keep Mane and with him gone, he’ll be desperate to keep Firmino.
While the Brazilian’s gametime has been reduced recently, he remains a reliable option for Klopp. If Nunez doesn’t hit the ground running then Firmino could prove to be an important player this season.
