The Daily Mail have claimed that Christian Eriksen is becoming frustrated at Tottenham Hotspur supporters’ treatment of him, as he edges closer towards an exit from the north London club.
Eriksen, 27, is being heavily linked with a move to Inter Milan from Spurs, given he is in the final months of his contract. Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla has claimed that Antonio Conte’s side have tabled a second offer worth £12.8million plus bonuses.
The Dane made his 26th appearance of the season on Tuesday night as Spurs beat Middlesbrough 2-1 to reach the fourth round of the FA Cup. His performances this season have been below par, ever since he stated he wanted to leave in the summer.
Just three goals in those 26 matches has seen plenty of Spurs fans criticise the ex-Ajax star, especially given his current contract situation. Now, Eriksen is becoming frustrated and the Mail claims that is down to the treatment of supporters.

TBR’s view – Getting rid of Eriksen needs to happen ASAP
Ian Wright claimed during BBC Radio 5 Live’s Monday night club that Eriksen is becoming a “bad smell” at Spurs, and the playmaker needs to be sold as soon as possible. The Arsenal legend is absolutely spot on.
Having joined Spurs in the summer of 2013 for £11.5million (BBC Sport), Eriksen has clocked up 302 appearances for Spurs. But if Daniel Levy can offload him before he has a chance of making it 303, it will be for the better.
