A report this week claimed 10 Premier League clubs were looking at Barcelona teenager Ilaix Moriba. Within the report, it said Tottenham, Arsenal and Liverpool were in talks with the player’s agent. Now, a report from ARA Esports say Barcelona want £12.75million for Moriba.
The 18-year-old talent was blooded into the senior Barcelona side by Ronald Koeman in 2020-21 – clocking up 18 first-team outings. But with Barca’s financial crisis, the La Liga giants desperately need to sell players. Moriba has been added to the list of players that could be a source of income.
Football website 90Min say that 10 Premier League clubs could sign him. Chelsea and both Manchester clubs have a long-standing interest, while Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool are all in talks. Everton, Leicester, West Ham and Wolves have been offered the young midfielder.

£12.75m Moriba a bargain for Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham
ARA Esports claim that interested parties will have to spend just £250,000 shy of £13million to get their man this summer. So far, Barcelona have only received offers of £4.25million for Moriba – but Barcelona want three times that figure. However, that price tag remains a bargain.
Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool are in talks to get Moriba – and all three could do with additions in the middle of the park. While Moriba might not add an enormous amount initially, he will certainly provide the clubs with a talent going forward. For that reason, £12.75million is a steal.
