Rudi Garcia has reportedly emerged as the latest possible candidate for the vacant managerial position at Everton.
The Merseyside club are still yet to appoint Carlo Ancelotti’s successor, but are receiving links with so many managers.
According to L’Equipe, the Toffees have now turned their attention to Rudi Garcia.
The report explains that Everton have contacted the 57-year-old. However, the discussions are not advancing at this stage.
The French boss is available this summer after walking away from Ligue 1 club Lyon at the end of the season. Unfortunately, his side ended up fourth in the French league to narrowly miss out on Champions League positions.

Rudi Garcia rumours only adding to frustration of Everton fans
Firstly, Garcia is a solid candidate to take charge at Everton. He’s previously won a league title in his managerial career, as his Lille side won Ligue 1 back in 2022. Additionally, he took Lyon to a Champions League semi-final back in 2020.
However, who knows if talks will advance with him.
The rumours continue to pile up on who will be the head coach next season on the blue half of Merseyside. Unfortunately, it’s still unclear on who that will be.
All eyes will now turn on the beginning of Euro 2020, but Everton can’t afford to wait much longer.
