Rangers are close to losing one of their best young talents, with the Express and Star reporting that Rory Wilson is looking set to seal a move away from Ibrox.
Wilson is attracting a load of Premier League attention. He has scored more than 40 goals in the Gers academy this season.

The Express and Star reports that Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United all have Wilson on their radar. Meanwhile, reports claimed that Leeds are also in the running to secure his signature.
But it would appear that they are all set to miss out on the forward.

The Express and Star reports that Wilson is set to reject a new contract at Rangers. Instead, he is closing in on becoming the latest bright prospect to join Aston Villa.
Villa are reportedly prepared to pay up to £300,000 in compensation for the 16-year-old.
Rory Wilson departure another blow for Rangers
Rangers have had mixed success when it comes to keeping some of their brightest prospects in recent years.
Leon King snubbed the chance to move to the Premier League and to link up with Steven Gerrard at Villa Park. He signed a new contract with the Gers earlier this year.

Of course, the key loss looks to have been Billy Gilmour. The midfielder left for Chelsea and has since become a key part of the Scotland fold.
Based on Wilson’s numbers this season, it is a real shame for Rangers to lose him. He is joining a Villa side who appear to have an incredibly bright future ahead.
And the Villans will hope that the £300,000 fee proves to be a real bargain.
