Carlo Ancelotti has reignited his interest in Kieran Tierney with Calciomercato reporting that the Italian wants to take the Arsenal left-back to Real Madrid this summer.
Real look set to prioritise the signing of a new player in that position. The Spanish side are weighing up possible replacements for Marcelo.

Reports at the weekend claimed that Sergio Reguilon was the name at the top of their wishlist. Los Blancos apparently have the option to re-sign the Spain international for £33.6 million.
They must make a decision on the Tottenham star by the end of May. It was suggested that they were expected to make a call by the end of this month, however.

But Ancelotti is keeping tabs on other options. And Calciomercato reports that he is keen on signing Tierney.
The Scotland international has been outstanding throughout his time at the Emirates. And Calciomercato notes that Ancelotti wanted him while in charge at Napoli.
Real Madrid will certainly find it easier to sign Reguilon than snatch Kieran Tierney from Arsenal
It would appear that Tottenham and Arsenal could face a battle to keep their players this summer. It is no surprise that either player is attracting attention.
Reguilon, of course, has those connections with the Bernabeu. And Real already know what fee they will have to pay to bring him back.
Tierney meanwhile, has helped set the standard at Arsenal for some time. Mikel Arteta previously labelled him ‘incredible’ and ‘special’.
He is a player who could well wear the captain’s armband at the Emirates in the future.
Certainly, it is hard to imagine Arsenal letting him leave for anything less than £40 million. With that in mind, signing Reguilon may be a lot less complicated for Real.
What may not help Arsenal however, is that Real Madrid only have until the end of May to decide on Reguilon. If they are unconvinced, they may be tempted to reassess in the summer.
