Report: Antonio Conte may not be able to pick 'unbelievable' Tottenham player in PL opener, he's got a slight injury
Yves Bissouma has got injured and could miss Tottenham Hotspur‘s Premier League opener against Southampton.
Football.London report that the Spurs new boy tweaked his hamstring in the friendly against Roma last weekend and was sporting an ice pack at full-time.
They say that Oliver Skipp also picked up an injury on the training ground and will miss the clash with the Saints, further lessening Antonio Conte’s midfield options.
That means that Pierre-Emile Hoibjerg and Rodrigo Bentancur could resume their partnership from last season, as Spurs clinched fourth.

Young midfielders Pape Matar Sarr and Harvey White could be battling for a spot on the bench, although the former could be set for a loan exit too.
It will be frustrating if Spurs are not able to get a glimpse of their new signing at the earliest possible Premier League opportunity.
But it is not worth risking a hamstring problem and making it worse at such an early stage of his Spurs career.
Paul Merson believes Tottenham Hotspur have made an ‘unbelievable signing’ in Bissouma.
He said: “Yves Bissouma is an unbelievable signing for them,” wrote Merson.
“I’ve seen him boss the midfield for Brighton, and they aren’t nearly as consistent as Spurs.”
Tottenham fans might have to wait to see him dominate games on a regular basis, but that could also raise the excitement levels about his debut.
