Spurs have been linked with Nikola Milenkovic in recent months.
Just a week ago, Tuttomercatoweb claimed that Tottenham were in talks to sign the Fiorentina centre-back.
But it looks as though West Ham will now get their hands on him instead of Spurs.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio‘s website, Milenkovic’s agent has held a meeting with Fiorentina.
Fali Ramadani represents Milenkovic as well as Matija Nastasic, who currently plays for Schalke.
The report claims that, if all goes well, both players will get the green light to make their respective moves.
Barring any hitches, Milenkovic would head to West Ham, while Nastasic would return to Fiorentina, added the report.
According to Viola News, Milenkovic boasts a 25million euro (£22million) price tag.

West Ham to beat Spurs to player with “incredible potential”?
Milenkovic is a high-calibre defender, tall and imposing, who has been compared to the great Nemanja Vidic.
Born in 1997, he came through the ranks at Partizan Belgrade and won the Serbian title and Serbian Cup.
Ex-Partizan Belgrade director Ivica Iliev said he had “incredible potential” (Labaro Viola).
He then moved to Fiorentina in 2017 for a reported £4.5million and has made 133 appearances, registering 11 goals.
The 23-year-old has also won 28 caps for Serbia and played all three of their games at the 2018 World Cup.
