Reported Arsenal and Spurs target Wojciech Szczesny is yet to be offered a transfer that appeals to him, while Calciomercato. It reports that his wages are proving a problem as Juventus look to move him on.
Szczesny could well be on the move in this window. According to Calciomercato, the Old Lady are keen on Gianluigi Donnarumma.

However, the report suggests that Juve’s hopes of landing Donnarumma may depend on offloading Szczesny first.
Based on recent reports, a return to the Premier League may not be out of the question for the Poland international.
Recent reports suggested that former club Arsenal could be interested. But remarkably, another report from Italy suggested that Spurs are also keen.

In truth, a move to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium looks highly unlikely.
Szczesny is a very good goalkeeper. He has taken his game to the next level in Italy. But the 31-year-old’s connections to Arsenal are surely too strong.
It would therefore, already be a huge shock if Spurs landed Szczesny. But perhaps, there is reason to think that a move is now even more unlikely.
According to Calciomercato, Szczesny is yet to find an option he likes. It is also claimed that he is on around £116,000-a-week (€7 million per year).
The report hints that those wages are putting admirers off.
Spurs surely all but out of the Szczesny race; but Arsenal may keep keeper on radar in transfer window
Almost nothing can be ruled out during the transfer window. Nevertheless, Spurs fans will surely give little time to the notion Szczesny could join them this summer.
Hugo Lloris was one of their best players in the final weeks of last season. So keeping him would surely be a more popular move than signing Szczesny.
Arsenal may want to remain in the running. There has been speculation surrounding Bernd Leno’s future at the Emirates.
Szczesny’s wage demands are quite something. But perhaps a return to Arsenal may not be out of the question just yet.
