Tottenham Hotspur players are working really hard on the training ground ahead of their game against Manchester United this weekend and Thimothee Lo-Tutala has been called up.
Antonio Conte’s side look like they are back on track. After a dismal run that saw them lose four games out of five, Spurs have now won back-to-back fixtures and have scored a combined nine goals in those two games.
The clash this weekend, however, will be a lot more difficult than the ones against Everton and Leeds. Manchester United are just as desperate to get into the top four as Tottenham and they’ll do everything they can to spoil Conte’s plans.
All the big names are set to play on Saturday but it’s a youngster who has featured prominently in Spurs’ latest training pictures.
Thimothee Lo-Tutala spotted in Tottenham training
Hugo Lloris is the undisputed number one at Tottenham and that will not change any time soon. However, there will soon be a vacant spot for someone to become his deputy and Lo-Tutala will be hoping it’s him.
The 19-year-old England-born Frenchman has been at Tottenham for years but he’s yet to make his senior debut. He has featured in first-team training in the past as well when Mauricio Pochettino and Jose Mourinho were at the helm.
Foot Mercato reported last year that Lo-Tutala had ‘conquered’ everyone at the club with his talent and quality behind the scenes, and it looks like he has caught Conte’s eye too now.
The teenager has been pictured in training and, in our opinion, the image below is the best of the lot.

TBR View:
Lo-Tutala is definitely one for the future. The youngster could go on to succeed Lloris in a few years’ time and the fact that he’s getting to rub shoulders with the Spurs skipper is really exciting for him.
Lloris, however, will be focusing on Manchester United this weekend and nothing else.
The Red Devils have been really poor this season but on their day, they are still capable of blowing any side out of the water. That makes this weekend’s clash a really exciting one and we just can’t wait.
Conte’s record against Manchester United is really good. The Italian has faced them six times in the past and has won four of those games. He’ll surely be looking to continue that good run on Saturday.
