A number of Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to express their delight after Football London provided a big update on the future of Kido Taylor-Hart and his contract situation at the Emirates.

Taylor-Hart’s future has been a talking point for some time. His previous deal expired this summer. And he was reportedly attracting attention from clubs at home and abroad.

The 19-year-old scored 11 goals in all competitions last season. And he became a much more prominent member of the Gunners’ under-23s.

That is because Football London is now reporting that Taylor-Hart is set to sign a new long-term contract in North London.

For many, it is fantastic news. Taylor-Hart is one of several incredibly promising young players looking to knock on Mikel Arteta’s door.
