Reports recently claimed that Leeds want the £25 million-rated Senegal international. And, as Jesse Marsch’s men look for a new attacker, his latest display will have surely only left the Whites even more determined to land the 24-year-old.

Watford were under real pressure during the early stages of their clash with West Brom on Monday. However, it was the Hornets who scored the opening goal at the Hawthorns – and in some style.

Sarr collected the ball just inside his own half. After spotting goalkeeper David Button well off his line, Sarr launched an audacious attempt that found its way into the back of the net.

It was almost effortless for Sarr. And it would have surely put a host of sides on alert ahead of the final weeks of the window.

Obviously, one goal will not decide whether a team bids for Sarr this summer. But he is a player who boasts a lot of quality.

He has previously been labelled ‘frightening‘. And he does boast an impressive record in the Premier League.

Certainly, his arrival would excite a lot of Leeds fans if they could go on and get a deal done.

However, there is absolutely no question that his asking price will have gone up after his moment of magic on Monday.
