Report: 'Fantastic' £90m player is 'more than interested' in joining Liverpool, with Reds eyeing 2023 move

Liverpool want to sign Jude Bellingham at some point in the future and according to Goal, the England man would be keen on moving to Anfield.

Bellingham is one of the standout young players in Europe and there is expected to be a clamour for his signature over the course of the next few transfer windows. Of course, Liverpool are one of the clubs who have registered an interest in the Dortmund star, who is expected move onto one of Europe’s giants eventually.

And while no move is expected this summer, Goal has claimed that should Liverpool make their move next year, then Bellingham would be ‘more than interested’ in joining Jurgen Klopp’s side.

Bellingham, who Jordan Henderson has lauded as a ‘fantastic‘ player, has shone in Germany ever since making the move over to the Bundesliga as a teenager. He is expected to play a big part for England in Qatar this year after impressing Gareth Southgate.

Dortmund are thought to want at least £90m for their man, though, and Goal has pointed out how it remains to be seen whether Liverpool will go to such a high figure. Further, there is expected to be interest from the likes of Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Barcelona.

TBR’s View: Liverpool Have To Sign Jude Bellingham

And that’s even if he costs £100m or more. Bellingham is a world star already and is only going to go and get better and better into the future.

Should he get the chance to work under Jurgen Klopp, then you’d have to say his potential from there is frightening.

Bellingham will hope to have a fine World Cup with England and show the world how good he can be. From there, it will essentially be a bidding war and who can convince Bellingham the best.
