One of the topics Davies discussed was Harry Kane, who scored the only goal of the game.
It was an important goal for Kane, as he broke Sergio Aguero’s record for most Premier League goals for one club.
It was also his 250th Tottenham goal, and Davies couldn’t have been more complimentary about the English striker. “It’s crazy [Kane scoring 250 goals for Tottenham].

“It’s an unbelievable record and I’m sure it’ll continue for a very long time. It doesn’t look like he’s slowing down any time soon.
“For someone who is as professional as him leading the line, with the quality he has, not just in front of goal but he’s all round game it’s a pleasure to play with him.”
Davies is amazed by Kane
Unless Kane suffers with injury problems or decides to leave the Premier League, there’s plenty more records on the horizon for Tottenham’s talisman.
The last two seasons have seen Kane become an important playmaker for Tottenham, without his form in front of goal suffering.
Only Mohamed Salah and teammate Son Heung-min had a better tally of goal contributions last season, and the Spurs pair have made Tottenham one of the scariest attacking sides in Europe.

They’re also good friends off the pitch as well, and that understanding is one of the reasons why no combination of players has assisted each other more in Premier League history.
Davies isn’t the only person at Tottenham amazed by Kane, with Antonio Conte saying the 29-year-old is an example to his teammates in training.
If Tottenham have ambitions of winning silverware this season, Kane’s form will once again be vital to that success.
Considering August is infamously Kane’s toughest month for scoring goals, he’ll be happy to have already notched twice this campaign.
