Well, according to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Napoli striker Victor Osimhen wants to play for Chelsea.

Tavolieri has reported on X that Osimhen’s “chosen club” for next season and beyond is Chelsea.

The 25-year-old striker recently said that he has already made a decision on his future.

Osimhen said that he knows which club he will join in the summer of 2024, but he did not name it.

Arsenal have been linked with the 25-year-old Nigeria international striker, who is on the radar of Real Madrid as well.

The Daily Mail has reported that Chelsea want to sign Osimhen in the summer of 2024. 

According to The Independent, Osimhen has a release clause of £120 million in his new contract. Former Tottenham Hotspur striker Gary Lineker has noted that the Nigerian is “incredibly quick” and is “brilliant in the air”.

My View: Victor Osimhen would be a superb signing for Chelsea

In my opinion, Napoli striker Victor Osimhen would be a brilliant signing for Chelsea in the summer of 2024.

Osimhen is one of the best and most lethal strikers in the world at the moment, and he is still only 25.

The striker could develop and improve further in the coming years. His best years are ahead of him.

Osimhen has scored seven goals and given two assists in 11 Serie A starts and has scored one goal in three UEFA Champions League starts for Napoli this season.

The Nigerian star scored 26 goals and provided four assists in 30 Serie A starts and found the back of the net five times in five UEFA Champions League starts for the Naples club last season.
