Gary Lineker has heaped praise on reported Arsenal target Victor Osimhen.
The Gunners are unlikely to do anything in this month’s transfer window but they are expected to go big again in the summer. Napoli’s Osimhen is one player they have been heavily linked with.

Gary Lineker says Arsenal target Victor Osimhen is ‘incredibly quick’
Arsenal have really struggled in front of goal this season.
Bukayo Saka hasn’t looked like himself recently, while Gabriel Martinelli isn’t firing as he did last season. Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah haven’t been banging in goals either.
That has led to people urging Mikel Arteta to sign a new striker, and Victor Osimhen is said to be on the Arsenal boss’ wish list for the summer transfer window.
The Nigerian is one of the best strikers in the world, and watching him live is an amazing experience. Gary Lineker had the chance to witness his brilliance a couple of years ago, and he is still in awe of him.
Speaking about Osimhen on the Rest is Football podcast, Lineker said: “He’s some player!
“I remember a couple of seasons ago, when Leicester played in the Europa League, we went to the King Power with my boys and he was unbelievably good against Leicester.
“He was such a handful, brilliant in the air, incredibly quick, his movement was very intelligent and he’s going to be a great signing for someone.”

Victor Osimhen is a complete striker
There are very few strikers in the world today who you can look at and say they are complete. Victor Osimhen is one of them.
The Nigerian has everything in his game. He’s fast, strong, can run in behind and play with his back to goal. He’s incredible in the air as well, while his dribbling skills are not too bad either.
The 25-year-old is already one of the best strikers in the world, but he’s nowhere near his prime yet. He can get even better, and who better to develop under than Mikel Arteta?!
Osimhen will cost a fortune in the summer, but if Arsenal want to make a statement, there’s no other striker they should be looking to sign,
