Ianis Hagi has sent a message to Rangers on X after Philippe Clement’s side won the Scottish League Cup.
Hagi is pleased to see his parent club Rangers beat Aberdeen in the final on Sunday.
So, how has Ianis Hagi reacted to the win for Rangers in the Scottish League Cup final? Let’s take a look.
Ianis Hagi reacts to Rangers win in Scottish League Cup
Well, Rangers have won the Scottish League Cup this season. Philippe Clement’s side beat Scottish Premiership rivals Aberdeen 1-0 in the final on Sunday.
James Tavernier scored the only goal of the match at Hampden Park in Glasgow. It came in the 76th minute. Borna Barisic provided the assist.
Ianis Hagi was following the match, and, as you can see below, he is pleased to see Rangers win the final.
Hagi, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, is on loan at Spanish club Alaves from Rangers at the moment.
The 25-year-old Romania international has been on the books of the Gers since 2020 following a loan spell from Genk.
Rangers could win Scottish Premiership title too
In my view, Rangers could be able to beat Celtic to the Scottish Premiership title as well.
Celtic are not doing particularly well at the moment. Manager Brendan Rodgers is unable to maintain the lofty levels of last season under then head coach Ange Postecoglou, who himself is doing wonders at Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.

The Hoops are at the top of the Scottish Premiership table with 42 points from 18 matches. They have lost two league games already this season.
Rangers are second with 37 points from 16 games. So, if the Gers win their two matches in hand, then they will go above the Hoops.
I believe that Rangers have what it takes to reclaim the Scottish Premiership title this season.
