Tottenham Hotspur star Son Heung-min has impressed everybody this season, including Brentford midfielder Vitaly Janelt, who has praised the attacker this week.
The South Korean has been phenomenal for Spurs ever since he joined them from Bayer Leverkusen for £22 million in 2015 (Mirror), but he has taken his game to another level this season.
Son has scored 22 goals and provided 10 assists in all competitions. He has tormented his rivals, and Janelt has just named him as the most uncomfortable player he has come up against in the Premier League this campaign.
‘Complete player‘ Son Heung-min praised by Vitaly Janelt
Tottenham faced Brentford at home in the Premier League back in December and they picked up an impressive 2-0 win. The star of the show, as it has been many times this season, was Son, who found the net in the second half to seal a well-deserved victory.
Son couldn’t help Spurs get the win in the reverse fixture last month, but his performance in both games was enough to blow Janelt away.
Asked to name the most uncomfortable player he has come up against this season, the German told SportBuzz: “I think very highly of Tottenham’s Heung-min Son. How he combines with Harry Kane is brutal.
“He has incredible power, is technically strong in one-on-ones and crosses, can shoot with both right and left foot. For me, he is the complete player.”

The Golden Boot dream
There’s only one game left in the Premier League this season, and just like the title race and relegation battle, the race for the Golden Boot hasn’t been settled just yet.
Liverpool star Mo Salah leads the list with 22 goals this season. There was a point in the campaign when everyone thought he’d run away with it, but the Egyptian has slowed down, and Son has sped up.
The Tottenham attacker has 21 goals in the Premier League so far, and on the final day of the season, Spurs face Norwich City, who are already relegated and at the bottom of the table.
If there’s one team against whom Son will back himself to score a couple of goals or more, it’s Norwich, and he could well surpass Salah by doing so on Sunday.
