Spurs appear to be on the verge of signing Cristian Romero following weeks of negotiations.
And Tottenham ace Giovani Lo Celso may have just dropped a huge hint about his fellow Argentine’s arrival at N17.
The Spurs midfielder shared the following message on his Instagram stories:

As per the Evening Standard, Romero arrived in London from Italy on Thursday.
He completed a medical and signed a five-year contract, added the report.
This was after Spurs had apparently agreed a deal worth up to €55million, or around £47million, with Atalanta.
Spurs and Romero: The home straight
Today, the Bergamo club officially bought Romero from Juventus ahead of selling him to Spurs.
They also signed his replacement in Merih Demiral – also from Juve on a loan-to-buy agreement.
And Romero has all-but confirmed the move already.
He has said goodbye to Atalanta with an emotional statement published on his official Instagram account.
He wrote, as quoted by football.london: “Unfortunately the day has come that I never thought could come so soon.

“I say unfortunately because in Atalanta I found more than just a club, but a real family with which I was able to grow and fulfil some of my dreams as a child such as playing and winning with my national team.
“I thank the Percassi family who believed in me more than anyone a year ago, all my teammates, the coach, all the staff and managers.
“But above all I want to greet the Bergamo fans because they made me feel at home and welcomed me as one of them.
“I am sure that one day we will meet again and I promise you that you will have one more fan who will follow you in every match.
“Thanks for everything @atalantabc.”
