Harry Kane is tearing it up in Germany as part of the Bayern Munich squad, but one of his favourite partnerships occurred during his Tottenham career.

Kane spent 19 years playing for Tottenham with great success, playing alongside various brilliant players who helped build his career.

Kane became the second-highest goalscorer in Premier League history during his spell with Tottenham, and while his finishing ability contributed to that, it was also largely due to his teammates.

However, there was one player in particular whom Kane loved playing alongside, and the combination proved to be lethal for other teams to deal with.

Harry Kane “loved” his partnership with Son Heung-min

Kane has had some special connections on the pitch over the years, but for him, Son Heung-min remains his favourite partner.

Kane released a video on his TikTok about which players he’d use in a Ryder Cup team. When it came to who he’d most like to partner with, it was his former Tottenham teammate who took the top spot.

“If we’re going just as a partner I’m going to have to go with Sonny. Loved our partnership; he’s a great friend of mine. We’ve done pretty well together at Tottenham in the Premier League.”

The pair were lethal together in England, and they boast the record for the most combined goals and assists in Premier League history.

They topped the record previously held by Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard, boasting 47 contributions together as a pair.

Unfortunately for Tottenham fans, neither man is part of the club anymore after Son departed England to join Los Angeles FC in a move worth £22million.

Harry Kane could still add to his Tottenham legacy

Kane will go down in history as one of Tottenham’s greatest ever players due to the goals he scored, but there is a chance that he will be able to add to that tally in the future.

The England captain has a clause in his contract that would allow him to leave Bayern Munich next summer for less than £60million if he wanted to leave the club.

TBR Football revealed that Tottenham can afford to sign Kane, which could allow him to return to the Premier League to end his career.

It is believed that Kane wants to break Alan Shearer’s record, and that could lead to Thomas Frank pushing for the lethal striker to make a comeback.
