Spurs could lose Toby Alderweireld this summer, with The Athletic reporting he’s ready to call time on his time at N17.
Spurs are apparently unlikely to stand in his way either if receive an appropriate offer.
Tottenham have a lot of work to do with regards to their defence, which let the side down far too often last season.
But new director of football Fabio Paratici is on the case already, it seems.

The likes of Jules Kounde, Joachim Andersen, Milan Skriniar and Takehiro Tomiyasu are apparently on Paratici’s radar.
Out of those, Skriniar is arguably the standout candidate, in the prime of his career at 26 and with over 167 Inter appearances under his belt.
And of course there’s the Serie A title he won last season too.
According to Calciomercato, Paratici has knocked on the door of Inter regarding Skriniar.
And the Nerazzurri are reportedly open to selling the Slovak, but for around £52million (€60million).

Pricey, but he’d be worth it.
A big, strong player who’s amazing in the tackle, quick to make clearances and boasting superb positional sense and aerial abilities, he’d instantly transform the Spurs back line.
Skriniar would be popular amongst Tottenham fans, with one saying he’d be the club’s very own Ruben Dias a few weeks ago.
And as a right-footed centre-back, he’d also be able to replace Alderweireld immediately, not to mention slot into the back line immediately given his talent and experience.
