Rio Ferdinand has been talking all things Tottenham and has had his say on Heung-Min Son and Harry Kane’s partnership.
The duo are renowned for being one of the best to ever do it as a pair in the Premier League. Last season saw Son finally eclipse Kane in terms of goals, while this year has seen the England skipper start superbly with eight goals in the league already.

However, if being forced to pick one of the two in terms of parting with money, Rio Ferdinand told his Five YouTube channel that he’d go with Son every time.
“They’re the best duo in Premier League history,” Ferdinand commented on the pair.
“If I had to pick one I’d probably take Son, but it depends what you want though. I would pay to see Son more. I think they’re both so great though. They’re so different. It’s like saying when who was better Salah or Mane. It depends what my team needs. If I was City before Haaland came, I take Kane. But Son was top goalscorer last season.”
Of course, while Ferdinand did pick Son as his main man, he did reserve special praise for Kane and insisted he is getting ignored a bit thanks to Erling Haaland’s form.
TBR’s View: Kane And Son Partnership Will Go Down In History
It would be a bit of a travesty if Kane and Son don’t win a trophy while at Spurs. The pair of them have been outstanding for so long and with such consistency that it almost seems unfair if they don’t win.
However, this season and the time they spend with Antonio Conte might be their best chance to do just that.
With that in mind, it’s vital that both remain fit, hungry, and working together as usual. If one dips off, the other will suffer, and Kane and Son will be more than aware how much they need each other.
