Everton defender Conor Coady has admitted he’s been so impressed with striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
The on-loan Wolves skipper was speaking to TalkSPORT about his start at Everton.
Coady has slotted straight into Frank Lampard’s side as part of a back four, alongside James Tarkowski.
His presence at the club has been a massive plus, with Lampard saying he’s revolutionised the dressing room.
As the World Cup approaches, Coady will be hoping his form at Goodison Park is enough to make him part of Gareth Southgate’s squad.

Calvert-Lewin will also be hoping Southgate might take a punt on him, although his injury record this season has probably ruled him out.
However, Coady has said he’s been really impressed with Calvert-Lewin, and was over the moon he got his first goal of the season on Saturday.
It was Calvert-Lewin’s second start of the season as he works his way back to full fitness.
Calvert-Lewin’s goal showed his excellent technical ability with a neat turn, and showed his striker’s instincts haven’t been dampened by his absence.
Coady impressed with Calvert-Lewin
“He’s a fantastic footballer, he’s a brilliant person, and what he brings to the dressing room, and his character as well, is really, really good,” Coady said.
“Since Neal’s (Maupay) come into the club he’s been fantastic, but Dom coming back into the team at the weekend and getting his goal is massive for any striker.
“They live off goals, they feed off goals, that’s all they want to do is score. His goal was fantastic.
“I think his all-round play, the way he holds the ball up, for me as a centre-half to drop it into him it’s a lovely thing to have.
“You find yourself under pressure at times when you’re playing against strikers who want to press, and when you can drop it into him, it’s a really good feeling.
“We were all so happy for him because he’s been through a tough time with his injuries, so to see him back and firing at the weekend was really good to see.”

The £72,000-per-week forward will now be hoping he can put a run of games together before the World Cup break.
Lampard admitted last week that he’s gradually looking to play Calvert-Lewin more and more.
Everton’s impressive win at the weekend meant Lampard could bring Calvert-Lewin off after 77 minutes.
However, it won’t be long before he’s ready to play a full match, and could get that opportunity on Saturday against Fulham.
Coady has certainly been impressed with the glimpses he’s seen of Calvert-Lewin for Everton and England.
Everton’s defensive record has been fantastic this season, and if Calvert-Lewin can start adding goals, they’ll be looking up the table rather than down.
