Fabrizio Romano has told his Here We Go podcast that there West Ham and Fiorentina are still discussing add-ons for the signing of Nikola Milenkovic. Some reports from Italy claim that a deal is pretty much done. But Romano says the two clubs are yet to agree on add-ons, which might be a concern.
Milenkovic, 23, has emerged as a target at West Ham after a brilliant few seasons with La Viola. Joining the club as a teenager from Partizan Belgrade in 2017, the 6ft 5in centre-back has gone on to play 133 times for Fiorentina. But now, the Serbia international is in the final 12 months of his contract.
TMW say that Milenkovic is ‘virtually’ a West Ham player and that he will today say his goodbyes to his teammates. It is said that an initial fee of just £14million will be paid by West Ham to Gennaro Gattuso’s side. But Romano says there are still some obstacles to overcome, in terms of add-ons.
“West Ham pushing. There is still something to be fixed between the two clubs about add-ons for the value of the player. West Ham are really pushing for Milenkovic from Fiorentina,” transfer expert Romano claims in Tuesday’s episode of the Italian’s Here We Go podcast.

Milenkovic a brilliant signing for West Ham amid Romano claim
West Ham fans will be buzzing to see this one get over the line. He is young, he is powerful, excellent in the air and a bargain at £14million. If reports are true. With the Europa League on the horizon, West Ham desperately need depth and have only brought in Alphonse Areola.
Fans are not happy at a lack of signings, after the club saw Fabian Balbuena, Jesse Lingard, Felipe Anderson leave. West Ham are yet to sign a replacement for Sebastian Haller. But with Milenkovic, West Ham are addressing a lack of centre-back options, as Moyes persists with a three-man defence.
