Tottenham have made a bright start to the window, signing Timo Werner, Lucas Bergvall, Archie Gray and the latest addition Yang Min-hyuk.

Fabrizio Romano says Tottenham want midfielder and attacker

Speaking to GiveMeSport, transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano revealed that Tottenham want to sign a midfielder and an attacker this summer.

“It is a possibility for Tottenham to bring in a new midfielder after Hojbjerg’s exit, I still think that they want to do something in the offensive position,” Romano said.

“So after Timo Werner and despite the youngsters they can bring in, Bryan Gil is expected to leave to Girona.

“But in general, I think they will do something in the offensive positions. This is the idea, one more offensive player, one more talented player.”

Tottenham looking at Pedro Neto

It’s understood that Tottenham are looking at a move for Wolves winger Pedro Neto and they believe a deal can be reached for less than the £60m asking price.

Eberechi Eze of Crystal Palace is another player believed to be on their transfer shortlist and he’s expected to have a similar valuation.

The Palace playmaker is thought to have a £60m release clause and despite initial interest from Manchester City, they’re now unlikely to go in for him.

That leaves Spurs in a strong position to land his signature.

In other news, the agent of a ‘world class’ £34m attacker has flown to London after being linked to Tottenham.
