Tottenham Hotspur are now in Tokyo, Japan for the first leg of their of their pre-season tour of Asia which will also see them travel to South Korea.
Ange Postecoglou has now been speaking to the media ahead of their opening game against Vissel Kobe on Saturday.
The Lilywhites have made a bright start to pre-season with Tottenham having won both of their opening friendlies against Hearts and QPR.
However, when it comes to the transfer market, it has not quite been as encouraging as the action on the pitch.
To date, Spurs have only secured Archie Gray on a permanent deal with the pre-season tour now underway.
But in his recent chat with the media, Postecoglou has hinted that the big signings could be on their way to north London over the coming weeks.

What Ange Postecoglou has just told the media in Japan
Tottenham’s impressive start to pre-season has been made even more encouraging considering the north London side remain without some of their top players.
The likes of Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero are still enjoying their summer break following their participation in the two major international tournaments.
Postecoglou is putting his trust in some of Tottenham’s exciting young prospects this summer with players like Mikey Moore and Will Lankshear flourishing.
Tottenham are closing in on a deal to sign South Korean winger Yang Min-hyuk and there could be more to quickly follow over the coming weeks.

Speaking to the media in Tokyo, Postecoglou admitted the transfer targets Spurs came into the summer with have not changed.
“We’re working hard to bring players in and it’s a process that you sometimes have to be patient with. But in terms of what we set out to do, that’s still the plan and you have to stay disciplined with that,” Postecoglou told Football.London.
“Sometimes the timings don’t work out and it doesn’t happen as quickly as you want and you don’t get them (players) in at the right time but I think it’s really important you stay disciplined and not run off and chase other things.
“So, what we started with at the start of summer are still there, and I wouldn’t want to put timelines on it. A lot of that is out of our control and we just need to be patient.”
Ange Postecoglou may have hinted Tottenham want to sign Eberechi Eze
One of Tottenham’s reported top targets this summer is the Crystal Palace playmaker Eberechi Eze.
It is claimed Tottenham have been in contact with Eze’s agents since February trying to work on the player’s side of a potential deal.
Eze is a player in demand this summer with interest also potentially coming from Manchester City which could scupper Tottenham’s plans to sign him.
However, Spurs will have to pay up if they are to land the England international with Crystal Palace holding a £60m release clause.
Eze will still be enjoying his summer break following England’s defeat in the Euro 2024 final, perhaps this is a deal which could progress when he returns to action.
