Celtic’s summer transfer business has been baffling to say the least. With Hyeokkyu Kwon moved out on loan and Gustaf Lagerbielke looking to be on his way out, the fans will be wondering just what was going on by the Parkhead recruitment department.
Out of all the eight players signed by the club in the summer only one, Luis Palma, would be considered a success.
And it seems that there is another one heading out the door. TBR Celtic told back in December how Celtic are looking to send out four summer signings on loan this month.
Kwon and Lagerbielke were named in that piece alongside Maik Nawrocki. The Polish defender seems to be back in the frame after making a couple of appearances under Brendan Rodgers recently.
So who is the fourth name I hear you say? Well, it’s a player that Celtic paid a record fee for that seems to be heading out the door.
Marco Tilio is touted for Celtic exit

After just two appearances and the youngster said to be struggling to settle in Glasgow, it looks like Tilio could be the next player to head for a Parkhead exit according to a recent report.

The report from Football Scotland said, “He’s not the only new recruit who’s failed to settle [Gustaf Lagerbielke] at the current champions as Hyeok-Kyu Kwon has been shipped out to St Mirren plus Marco Tilio, who’s only featured twice, could depart before Deadline Day too.”
Tilio was tipped to be an ‘exciting player‘ who would ‘turn heads’ by Australian international coach, Ufuk Talay,
And after just two appearances this season amassing to just 27 minutes of football [Transfermarkt], Tilio seems to be the next of the eight summer signings that looks set to leave the club before the window closes on Thursday night.
