Well, Dejan Kulusevski has spoken highly of his Tottenham Hotspur teammate Pape Matar Sarr.

The Sweden international winger has said that Sarr is amazing and fantastic and has outlined how the Spurs players view him.

When asked who always gets roasted at Spurs, Kulusevski told BBC Sport, as transcribed by Spurs-Web: “Emerson and Pape Sarr. Everybody’s joking with Pape Sarr all the time.

“Pape is just cute. He’s just an amazing guy, always smiles, just like a fantastic guy. Everybody likes his energy.”

My View: Pape Matar Sarr is a Tottenham gem

In my opinion, Pape Matar Sarr is one of the best young players in the Tottenham Hotspur squad and is a gem of a player.

The 21-year-old midfielder has been on the books of Spurs since 2021 and has done well when he has turned out.

The Senegal international has made 29 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.

Sarr has scored two goals and given three assists in those games. The youngster signed a new contract with Tottenham earlier this month. That shows just how highly he is rated by the North London club.

Spurs head coach Ange Postecoglou is using Sarr regularly in his starting lineup.

The Senegal international has made 16 starts and two substitute appearances in the Premier League for Tottenham this season. He has scored two goals and given two assists in those games.

Tottenham are fifth in the Premier League table with 39 points from 20 matches. Spurs, who will face Manchester United on Sunday, are six points behind leaders Liverpool.
