Toulouse president Damien Comolli has commented on reported Arsenal target Amine Adli.
What’s the story?
In an interview with La Depeche, the figure claimed the centre-forward will no longer play for the club until the end of August. The Ligue 1 side will then make a decision about what to do if he is still around on September 1.
Comolli has claimed the 21-year-old has refused offers from two different clubs.
One of those was allegedly worth €10m (£8.5m) from a top five club in Europe. Meanwhile, the second was worth €12m (£10.2m) from a team on the continent.
RMC Sport go on to claim Adli prefers a move to Bayern Munich, who are yet to make an offer.
Arsenal were reportedly in for the Toulouse striker over two months ago. They were challenging AC Milan, who were said to have agreed on personal terms.
Comolli said: “From today, Amine Adli is no longer available to the coach. We received two offers. One from a European top 5 club for 10 million euros, and one from the European top 15 for 12 million euros.”

Arsenal don’t need a young striker
If the north Londoners are one of the club’s interested, it raises a whole bunch of questions.
Why are Arsenal trying to sign yet another young striker? Mikel Arteta already has Eddie Nketiah and Folarin Balogun in his squad and doesn’t need another.
Meanwhile, while the Gunners need a number nine to replace the potentially outgoing Alexandre Lacazette, it needs to be an experienced figure.
Signing a 21-year-old, who has only ever played regularly in the second-tier of French football, is a bad idea.
His lack of experience would hamper Arsenal and fail to address the necessary issues.
