‘Could be close’: Tottenham fans think they’ve spotted sign two players are about to leave them

Tottenham Hotspur fans think that Eric Dier and Harry Winks could well be on their way out after Nuno left them both out of their squad last night.

Two outgoings?

Winks and Dier both missed Tottenham’s game against MK Dons, amid rumours that they are up for sale.

The Times say that Tottenham would be willing to listen to offers for the English pair.

And it was felt after last night that their absences could be bad news for their futures at Spurs.

Why were they left out?

Nuno did speak after the match, but he did not confirm the reasoning behind the duo not featuring.

In terms of links, Dier has not seemingly had much interest in him.

However, plenty of sides have been said to be keen on Winks from at home and abroad.

Most recently Everton have been cited as a potentially interested party in Winks by Fabrizio Romano.

Interestingly Oliver Skipp has seriously impressed at Spurs over pre-season and continued to do so last night, so it could be that he takes over from Winks, if the 25-year-old does depart.
