Tottenham manager, Antonio Conte, is reportedly hoping that Inter Milan sign Paulo Dybala which would, in turn, allow him to make a move for Lautaro Martinez.
Martinez is one of the most sought-after strikers in Europe after his excellent form for Inter over the past couple of seasons. Tottenham’s London rivals, Arsenal, are also reportedly interested in signing the South American star.
But in a twist to the situation, Tuttmercatoweb claims that Tottenham manager Conte is hopeful of signing Martinez, and is willing to miss out on another target i Paulo Dybala to ensure he gets his man. TMW claim that there is a hope from Conte that his former club land Dybala. That would then pave the way for him to sign Martinez.

Of course, Spurs’ interest in Martinez is nothing brand new. Just a few weeks back it was claimed a £75m deal was potentially on the cards. Clubs like Spurs and Arsenal know that is the sort of money it’s going to take to sign the Argentine, such is his stock at the moment.
Conte’s stance on Dybala is an interesting one given he is meant to be keen on signing him himself. Of course, the Spurs boss could just fancy taking Martinez on that little bit more.
TBR’s View: Martinez Would Be So Good At Tottenham
In way, he could probably play with Harry Kane. Kane’s new found love of dropping deep has probably opened the door for another striker to arrive anyway.
Martinez – labelled spectacular by Leo Messi – is near that world class bracket, if not already in it. His goals for Inter have been crucial and Conte knows him very well as we all know.
When you look at marquee signings, Lautaro Martinez would be one. He’d bring so much to the table, although you do feel if he’s available that he is perfect for Arsenal as well.
