There is a strong possibility that Tottenham Hotspur lead the race to sign Paulo Dybala, journalist Pete O’Rourke has told Give Me Sport.
Dybala has put a host of sides from around Europe on alert in recent days. He plans to leave Juventus at the end of the season. And he will leave on a free transfer with his contract set to expire.

Unsurprisingly, he has been linked with a raft of clubs. And there is a contingent of teams looking to bring him to the Premier League.
Tottenham and Arsenal want Dybala. It comes with the Argentinian establishing himself as one of the best second strikers around at present.

Fabio Paratici signed the 28-year-old during his time with the Old Lady. And judging by what O’Rourke has now claimed, it would appear that he could be in a good position to seal his signature for a second time.
“I think if there’s a chance that Dybala does come to the Premier League, I think there’s a real strong possibility that Spurs could be leading the hunt for him,” he told Give Me Sport.
Tottenham signing Dybala is the kind of statement Conte and Kane will be looking for
Tottenham have a fantastic chance of ending this campaign on a real high. And it feels important that they do so as they look to keep Antonio Conte and Harry Kane happy.
They have a real point to prove in the summer. The club have to show the kind of ambition that Conte and Kane want.
Signing Dybala would absolutely do that. He has had an amazing career. And he should be at something like his peak for the next few years.
Mauricio Pochettino once labelled Dybala ‘special‘. It would certainly be a massive statement if Tottenham could now bring the forward to North London.
