Romelu Lukaku, who is still owned by Chelsea, has agreed to move to Saudi Arabia for big money at the end of this season.
The Belgian is currently on loan at AS Roma, where he is having a very good campaign. He’s thriving under Jose Mourinho, but his long-term future apparently lies in the Middle East.

Romelu Lukaku has accepted an offer from Saudi Arabia
Chelsea signed Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan in 2021 for a then-club-record £97.5 million (Sky Sports).
The Belgian was brought back to fire the Blues to the top, but his time at Stamford Bridge, both on and off the pitch, were not great at all.
Lukaku was loaned out to Inter Milan last season and he’s set to spend the whole of this campaign at Roma, where he has scored 11 goals already this term.
Fabio Santini was asked about Lukaku staying at Roma or potentially moving to Turin to join Juventus at the end of this season.
The Italian journalist revealed that the striker has actually agreed to move to the Saudi Pro League for big money in next summer’s transfer window.
He said on TV Play: “Lukaku? It’s difficult to see a return with Juventus because he has already said yes to a million-dollar proposal from Saudi Arabia.
“To Roma fans, I say that at the end of the year, one thing is certain: Romelu will leave.”

Lukaku moving to Saudi suits Chelsea
It is clear as day that Romelu Lukaku does not have a future at Chelsea.
There were murmurs that Mauricio Pochettino would keep hold of the Belgian in the summer, but that was never the case, and his long-term future now lies away from Stamford Bridge as well.
Even though Roma fans love Lukaku, there’s no way Jose Mourinho’s bosses will pay big money to sign him. Juventus are unlikely to splash the cash either.
Clubs in Saudi Arabia, however, have already shown that they are happy to overpay for big names, and that would suit Chelsea if Lukaku has indeed agreed to move there.
