Nigeria manager José Peseiro has told Tuttomercatoweb that ‘every team in the world’ wants to sign reported Tottenham Hotspur target Victor Osimhen now.
Journalist Rudy Galetti claims Spurs hold an interest in signing Osimhen in the event that Harry Kane leaves the club.
The 23-year-old has been a standout performer in Naples ever since making the switch from LOSC Lille back in the summer of 2020.
The Nigerian international has already scored nine goals in just 13 appearances for Luciano Spalletti’s men this season.
Now, his international boss has said the ‘phenomenal’ striker could play for any team in the world.

Every team wants to sign Osimhen
Speaking to Tuttomercatoweb, Peseiro was full of praise for the Napoli star and claims every team in the world would love to sign him.
“He scores a lot and he is young. It is certainly not easy, usually a centre forward finds this level later on, ” he said.
“But he always scores goals, at this moment I don’t think I’m wrong if I say that every team in the world wants to buy him.
“He knows how to press, he knows how to score, he knows how to use his body. He would know how to play in all teams.”
Osimhen has gone on to become one of the best young strikers in Europe during his time in Italy.

He’s a player who seems well-suited to the Premier League and would be a brilliant replacement for Kane if Spurs are unable to keep hold of their star man.
Kane’s contract runs until the summer of 2024 and Spurs will be keen to tie him down on a longer deal.
But if the Englishman does seek a move away from the club or turns down extending his stay in north London, Tottenham will have to secure a top-quality replacement.
Osimhen has proven to be a lethal goalscorer in Italy and seems destined for a move to the Premier League at some point.
Spurs should do everything within their power to keep hold of Kane and Antonio Conte. But it would be smart for them to be on the lookout for potential replacements if the worse case scenario does happen.
